Our Villa was built 2014, it has two large bedrooms with air-conditioning. One is good for 7 pax the other for 4 pax. A total 11 people can stay in the Villa but it´s normally rented by groups of 4-8 pax. There is a living room with a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and one spacious comfort room with hot water. The large outside area has a barbeque area, 2 hammocks and a sunbed. Free pocket WiFi is provided.
Kitchen/ Living Room
There is a nice living room with wide screen satellite TV with built in Karaoke (HDMI), fan. In the fully equipped kitchen you have all utensils you need to do your own cooking, incl. refrigerator, gas stove and cutlery.
Bedrooms
One bedroom has one double bunk bed + one single, good for 4 persons. Air con and bedside tables. A large shelf and hanging arrangements for clothing.
The second bedroom has two double bunk beds + one single bed, good for 7 people. Air con and bedside tables. A large shelf and hanging arrangements for clothing.
The large sitting area outside has a beautiful view of the mountain surrounding Él Nido bay. There is also a barbeque, two hammocks, a sunbed and an outdoor shower.

Up to 6 pax: ₱5,300
Maximum capacity is 10 pax. Children under 7 stay for free.
So for example 7 adults and 3 children under 7 would cost ₱5,700 per night.

Terms & Conditions
- Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Upon booking one night deposit is required.
- Balance is settled upon arrival, cash only.
- Check out at 11am, check in at 2 pm. (so we can have guests checking in & out on the same day).
- Included: Linen, towels, gas, toilet paper, soap, Wi-Fi. (Linen & towel change every third day).
- NOT included: Breakfast, laundry, washing, shopping.
- We do NOT book island hopping, you can book this easily at many locations around town once you arrive.
- We CAN HELP to book a private minivan for transport between Puerto Princesa and El Nido.
- The guests are responsible for all items belonging to the house.
- Any items missing or broken will be paid for by the guest.
- You will pay for the duration of your stay upon check in, and we cannot make refunds for early departure. The Villa is not a hotel where guests are coming and going; we block it out for your stay and refuse other bookings. If you leave early, it is very hard for us to find other guests at such short notice. Thank you for your understanding.
