Our newest house was finished in February 2016. The House has two large bedrooms with air-conditioning. One bedroom is good for 8 pax the other for 7 pax, a total 15 people can stay in The House. The living room has a flat screen satellite TV, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator. Both (2) comfort rooms has hot water, the large outside area has a barbeque for your disposal. Free pocket WiFi is provided.

The House has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator. You can comfortably enjoy all your cooking while your friends/ family are keeping you company at the kitchen bar. The living room has a sofa-set, living room table, sealing fan and a flat screen satellite TV.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, max capacity 15 pax.
1) Two double beds with two single on the top and a pullout bed under. Total. 8 pax
2) Two double bed with two single on the top + one single bed. Total. 7 pax.
Both bedrooms have air con, a large shelf and hanging arrangements for clothing.

15The sitting area outside has a beautiful view of the mountain surrounding El Nido bay. There is a large table, a sitting bench and also a barbeque for your evening hangouts.

Up to 10 pax pax: ₱8,500

Maximum capacity is 15 pax. Children under 7 stay for free but count as 1 pax.
So for example 12 adults and 3 children under 7 would cost ₱9,300 per night.

Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum stay is 2 nights.
  • Upon booking one night deposit is required.
  • Balance is settled upon arrival, cash or bank transfer.
  • Check out at 11am, check in at 2 pm. (so we can have guests checking in & out on the same day).
  • Included: Linen, towels, gas, toilet paper, soap, Wi-Fi. (Linen & towel change every third day).
  • Towels for use in the house ONLY, not for bringing to the beach.
  • NOT included: Breakfast, laundry, washing, shopping, beach towels.
  • We CAN HELP to book a private minivan for transport between Puerto Princesa and El Nido.
  • The guests are responsible for all items belonging to the house.
  • Any items missing or broken will be paid for by the guest.
  • You will pay for the duration of your stay upon check in, and we cannot make refunds for early departure. The House is not a hotel where guests are coming and going; we block it out for your stay and refuse other bookings. If you leave early, it is very hard for us to find other guests at such short notice. Thank you for your understanding.
